| 摘 要： | 文章在综述虚拟企业概念和特征的基础上,结合我国企业间合作的具体问题,对虚拟企业信息系统构建技术进行了研究,形成虚拟企业实施的信息系统框架结构,并就中国的行业集成和虚拟企业理论在行业集成中的应用进行了分析.
