菜芜钢铁集团生产计划管理研究

在深入分析莱芜钢铁集团生产特点的基础上,提出了基于规则的分型生产调度,同时分析了与其他生产管理子系统的计成关系.可改变仅靠人工临时协调造成的生产忙乱现象,提高分厂之间协同生产的能力,降低在制品库存,在降低企业生产成本的同时,提高生产效率和管理水平,实现企业生产计划调度的整体统优化.

A STUDY ON PRODUCTION PLAN MANAGEMENT OF LAIWU IRON AND STEEL GROUP

Based on the in-depth analysis of the production characteristics of Laiwu Iron and Steel Group, the rulebased classification of production scheduling was proposed, and the relationships of the production management and other accounting subsystems were analysed. It would change the hectic phenomenon caused only by artificially temporary coordination improve the synergy production capacity among plants, and reduce in-process inventory, which would reduce production costs , increase production efficiency and management level, as well as achieve the overall optimization of production planning and scheduling system.
