| 摘 要： | 冶金设备是冶金企业生产的基础设施,加强企业管理,尤其是提高作为企业生产经营物质基础的设管理水平,积累设备管理经验,紧跟国际先进的设备管理趋势十分重要.针对山东省冶金企业设备的特点,合国内外设备管理的经验,总结了冶金企业设备管理存在的问题,并提出了完善设备管理的具体措施.

| Abstract: | The metallurgical equipment is the basic facilities of metallurgical enterprises production, it is very important to strengthen enterprise management, in particular to improve the equipment management level as the material hase for the production and operation of enterprises, accumulate equipment management experience, and follow the international trend for advanced device management. In this paper, according to the characteristics of metallurgical equipment in Shandong province, combining with equipment management experience at home and abroad, the existing problems of metallurgical enterprise device management are summarized, and specific measures to improve equipment management are put forward. |
