钢铁企业员工绩效考核思考

摘    要:对于正处于转变发展模式、产业结构调整关键发展时期的我国钢铁企业来讲,员工绩效考核过程中存在的问题更加凸显了加强钢铁企业绩效考核的重要性。钢铁企业在树立起人才竞争意识、做好人力资源管理各项基础性工作的前提下,要着重把握绩效考核环节,正确认识考核的作用和意义、明确企业绩效考核目的、合理设计考核指标体系、提高考核方法科学性和有效性、重视绩效沟通、提高考核结果的运用深度和广度。

Abstract:The development model is in transition, industrial restructuring during the critical development of China's steel enterprises, employee performance appraisal ]process is more prominent problems in iron and steel enterprises to strengthen the importance of performance evaluation. Iron and steel enterprises in the talent competition and establish awareness of good human resources management work in the basic premise, we should focus on aspects of performance appraisal to grasp a correct understanding of the role and significance of assessment, a clear corporate performance evaluation purposes, rational design of evaluation index system Scientific and increase the effectiveness of assessment methods, attention to performance communication, the use of assessment results to improve the depth and breadth.
