| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了MAN 9L58／64型柴油机喷油嘴早期断裂现象，通过宏观与微观断口形貌观察、化学成分分析、硬度分析、金相分析等方法对喷油嘴断裂的原因进行综合分析，指出喷油嘴的断裂属腐蚀疲劳脆断，其主要原因是材料热加工工艺不当，并提出了维修保养建议。

| Abstract: | This article introduces the case of the MAN 9L58/64 diesel engine's nozzle fracture in early stage Through observing the appearance of a fracture by means of macro and micro ways and analyzing the chemical compositions, hardness and phase, the cause of the fracture of a nozzle is analyzed. The fracture of a nozzle is caused by corrosion fatigue which results from incorrect technology to heat materials. Some advice about maintenance are put forward |
