摘    要:酒精蒸馏过程蒸汽消耗占酒精全部蒸汽消耗70%左右1],能否实现利用低能耗的蒸汽生产出高品质的酒精产品是酒精企业降低成本的关键之一。通过研究七塔差压蒸馏技术,优化生产工艺,最终实现酒精产品质量达到日本NEDO特优级标准,且吨酒精节约蒸汽0.54吨。

Abstract:Alcohol distillation steamconsumption accounted for about 70% all the steamconsumption.Realization usinglow- power steamto produce the high quality of alcohol products is one of the keys to alcohol enterprises reduce the cost.This article through studies of seven tower differential pressure distillation technology,Optimizing production process,finally realizes the alcohol level Japanese NEDO excellent product qualitystandard,savingsteam0.54 tons per tons ofalcohol.
