废旧聚乙烯膜回收料的改性应用
摘    要:通过对废旧聚乙烯膜(PE)回收料进行改性,制备了热塑性弹性体和木塑复合材料。实验表明,在回收PE/回收胶粉共混物中加入过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)能起到增容的效果。随DCP含量增加,共混物的拉伸强度持续增加,断裂伸长率开始时增加,DCP含量达到0.2份后,断裂伸长率减小。100%伸长时的永久变形量也随DCP含量增加而减小。DCP的加入提高了结晶开始温度和结晶温度,降低体系的结晶度,但对其熔融行为无明显影响。在回收PE/木粉复合物体系中加入PP-g-MAH后,可以起到增容的效果,且随PP-g-MAH用量增加,复合物的拉伸强度和冲击强度都持续增高。PP-g-MAH的加入对PE的结晶和熔化行为无明显影响。

Modification and Applications of Recycled Polyethylene from Recycling Waste Film
Abstract:Thermoplastic elastomers and wood/plastics composites could be produced using the recycled polyethylene(PE).Both tensile strength and elongation at break of the recycled PE/rubber powder blends can be effectively improved by the addition of dicumy peroxide(DCP).However,the elongation at break decreases after DCP content increasing to 0.2.Permanent deformation at 100% elongation decreases with DCP content increasing.But DCP filler has no obrious effect on fusion behavior of PE.PE/wood flour(PE/WF) composites can be compatibized using PP-g-MAH.Unnotched Charpy impact strength of the composite was evidently increased with increasing PP-g-MAH content.
