| 摘 要： | 本文在总结链篦机-回转窑球团生产工艺特点的基础上，对首钢矿业公司链篦机回转窑系统进行了质能平衡测试，得到了系统的物料平衡和能量平衡。同时，对于测试中发现的问题，包括链篦机内串风、篦板带走热量多、回转窑窑尾烟气含氧量高等情况，提出了优化改造的建议。

| Abstract: | On the basis of summarizing the pelletizing process characteristics of the grate-kiln system, mass and thermal balance measurement of the grate-kiln system on the SHOUGANG MINING Co. have been achieved, the material balance and energy balance have also been gained. Meanwhile, according to the problems in the production, including the wind in the grate, too much heat taken out by the grate plates, the yield of the annular cooler are lower, and so on, the suggestions have been provided. |
