高压共轨燃油喷雾PIV测试研究

摘    要:对所获得的高压共轨燃油喷雾PIV测试图像进行了处理及分析,获得了喷雾表面波动结构、表面分裂雾化、分裂长度、喷雾局部涡旋等定性分析结果,使用PIV测试系统分析软件INSIGHT进一步处理喷雾图像, 获得了喷雾场液滴速度等信息。

Abstract:The fuel spray images of the electronic control high pressure common rail fuel injection system obtained through PIV technology were processed and analyzed, thus got the qualitative analysis results of the spray surface fluctuation structure, surface split atomization, split length and local vortex. With the use of PIV test system analysis software INSIGHT, the fuel spray images were processed in depth, and more information, such as the spray field droplet speed was obtained.
