摘    要:小流域水利规划的主要特点是由于缺乏径流资料,甚至降雨资料,常采用地区经验公式法和图解法。传统人工绘图计算的方法,工作量大耗时长,结果误差大。为解决这些问题,基于D e lph i平台开发了小流域水利规划计算软件,给出了应用实例,绘制了软件开发技术路线图,详细介绍了软件核心技术解决方案。该软件可节省计算时间,减少误差来源,提高结果的确定性和精度。

Abstract:Due to the inadequate flow data, and even the precipitation data, the regional empirical formula and graphic illustration are the two common methods used in the small watershed water conservancy planning. The traditional handmade graphic method has the disadvantage of large workload, time consumption and big error. To solve the problems the small watershed water conservancy calculation software was developed on the base of Delphi. The software development process was drafted and the specific example was given to show the solutions of the core technical problems including the graphic search and interpolation, overlapping of different flooding process and the intelligent estimation of the water conservancy calculation starting point. This software facilitates to save the calculation time, reduce the error course, and improve the certainty and accuracy of the result.
