泵变频调节节能分析

摘    要:变频调节是泵系统节能的一种有效手段。从管路特性曲线人手,结合实例的定量计算,分析了无能量提升系统和有能量提升系统变频节能调节的原理和应用范同,得出结论:①无能量提升系统采用变频调节具有显著的节能效益:②有能量提升系统采用变频调节,随着能量提升的增大,节能效益逐渐降低;③对于有能量提升系统,必须考虑投入成本和具体工况来决定是否采用变频调节。

Abstract:Frequency conversion is an effective energy-saving approach for a pump system.Based on the pump system's circuit characteristic curves and base-case quantitative calculation,the article describes how the frequency conversion units of a powerless and a powered hoisting system work and where they are applied.The conclusions drawn in the article are summarized as follows: ①Frequency conversion technology can significantly enhance the energy efficiency of a powerless hoisting system; ②the energy efficiency of a powered hoisting system using the frequency conversion technology declines as the powered hoisting increases;③ for a powered hoisting system,the adoption of frequency conversion technology depends on investment costs and specific operating conditions.
