| 摘 要： | 采用特性粘数为0.645 dL/g的半消光PET熔体直接纺丝生产56 dtex/72 f涤纶FDY。结果表明,采用喷丝板孔径为0.17 mm,长径比为3.0,油嘴上油,纺丝温度291℃,侧吹风速度0.35~0.40 m/s,缓冷器温度290℃,拉伸温度90~92℃,定型温度128~131℃,拉伸倍数2.55~2.65,卷绕速度4 200 m/min,生产稳定,纤维条干不匀率为1.43%,染色均匀度大于4级,沸水收缩率为8.0%。

| Abstract: | A kind of 56 dtex/72 f PET FDY was prepared via direct spinning process from semi-dull PET melt with the intrinsic viscosity of 0.645 dL/g.The results showed that the production can be stabilized by using a spinneret with orifice diameter 0.17 mm and length-and-diameter ratio 3.0 and oil nipples for oiling under the conditions as followed: spinning temperature 291℃,cross air speed 0.35-0.40 m/s,annealer temperature 290℃,drawing temperature 90-92℃,setting temperature 128-131℃,draw ratio 2.55-2.65,winding speed 4 200 m/min.The obtained fiber had the yarn unevenness 1.43%,dyeing uniformity above Grade 4 and boiling water shrinkage 8.0%. |
