刚性转子动平衡现场检测系统的硬件设计

摘    要:基于传感器.计算机的设计思想,通过系统硬件的选型和信号处理电路的设计,组成以PCL-818L数据采集卡为核心的刚性转子动平衡现场检测系统.检测系统软件使用Visual C 编写,可在Win32环境下运行.与传统检测方法相比较,该系统不仅人机交互性强、操作简便,而且具有工作效率高、生产成本低等优势,比较适用于单件转子拆装比较困难的场合.

Abstract:Based on the concept of sensor-computer,a new hardware design method of dynamic balance field testing system is put forward for rigid rotors with the core of PCL-818L data acquisition card,by selecting appropriate hardwares and designing signal pro-cessing circuit according to testing requirement.The testing system is developed by software of Visual C++,operating under Win32.Compared with conventional method,it is simple and friendly interface,with the advantages of high testing efficiency and low manu-fact...
