摘    要:针对化学品船用S32205双相不锈钢中厚板存在表面斜磨痕缺陷、表面粗糙度超上限等问题,通过试验研究,得出了轧制过程中S32205系列钢板表面粗糙度变化数学模型。据此开发并应用了连铸坯修磨后表面粗糙度控制技术、轧制过程单机架轧机工作辊表面粗糙度控制技术、一次抛丸控制技术等,解决了原有问题,并使钢板合格率达到98%以上。

Abstract:Aimed at the problems of inclined grinding marks and out- of- limit roughness of the S32205 shipbuilding plate surface,the whole process was experimentally analyzed,and a mathematic model about the roughness evolution in whole rolling process was obtained.The surface roughness control technique of continuous casting bloom and the working roll,and the shot blasting control technique were studied and applied,so the problem was resolved,and the once qualified rate reached over 98%.
