北岭煤矿4号煤层围岩松动圈测量及围岩分类研究

摘    要:采用超声波测试方法对北岭煤矿4号煤层主运大巷、回风大巷和405工作面两巷围岩松动圈进行了测量,并对实测数据进行了分析。基于松动圈理论对北岭煤矿4号煤层围岩进行分类,通过对比巷道支护围岩松动圈分类表,从而得出4号煤层所测试巷道围岩分类中,巷道两帮属于Ⅲ类围岩(一般中等稳定围岩),巷顶围岩松动圈介于中松动圈与大松动圈之间,考虑安全因素取大松动圈,在松动圈分类法中,顶属于Ⅳ类围岩(不稳定围岩)。

Abstract:In this paper,ultrasonic testing method was used to measure the loose ring of surrounding rock of coal seam in No.4 coal seam of Beiling Mine,return airway and 405 working face,and the measured data were analyzed.Then,based on the loose ring theory,the surrounding rock of No.4 coal seam in Beiling Mine was classified.By comparing the classification table of the loose ring of surrounding rock in roadway support,it could be concluded that in the surrounding rock classification of the roadway tested in No.4 coal seam,rocks(generally moderately stable surrounding rock),the surrounding rock drift ring between the middle loose ring and large loose moving coil,taking into account the safety factor to take big loose moving ring,in the loose ring classification,the top belongs to the Ⅳ type of rock(not stable rock).
