探放水钻孔孔口管分段注浆固结技术研究

摘    要:探放水钻孔孔口管注浆固结质量直接关系到能否成功控制钻孔大量出水,对于孔口3 m范围内存在裂隙水的钻孔,孔口管注浆固结是探放水工作中的难点。针对四川达州孔家沟煤矿南翼采空区放水过程中孔口存在裂隙水导致孔口管注浆不严造成的钻孔漏水问题,试验并应用了孔口管分段注浆固结技术方法。通过研究分段注浆技术原理、套管安装施工和分段注浆固结堵水的技术参数等,解决了孔口有裂隙水条件下孔口管注浆固结问题。现场采用分段注浆工艺,分2段进行注浆:一段注浆解决孔口管前半部分固孔问题;二段注浆解决封堵孔口裂隙水及固孔问题。通过上述方法固孔后,顺利通过了注水耐压试验的测试。结果表明,分段注浆方法能够有效解决孔口存在裂隙水的孔口管固管问题。

Abstract:The quality of grouting for drilling and drilling holes is directly related to the success of drainage.For the boreholes where there exist fissure water within the region of 3 meters,grouting consolidation of orifice pipe is a difficult point in water exploration and drainage.In order to solve the problem of crevice water leads to water leakage orifice in process of water released of southern gob in Kongjiagou Coal Mine of Sichuan Dazhou,the technical method of the section grouting consolidation of the orifice tube has been tested and applied.By studying the principle of segmented grouting technology,casing installation and technical parameters of sectional grouting and consolidation and water plugging,the consolidation problem of orifice pipe under the condition of fissure water was solved.Grouting is carried out in two stages,the first part of grouting solves the problem of fixing holes in the front part of the orifice tube,and the two stage grouting solves the problem of sealing water and solid holes in the orifice.Through the above methods,The pressure test of water injection has been successfully passed.The results showed that the piecewise grouting method can effectively solve the problem of the hole pipe fixation in the hole with the fractured water.
