综采工作面预掘回撤通道支护技术研究

摘    要:为了研究唐家会煤矿61101工作面快速安全回撤技术,采用数值模拟分析方法,模拟了现掘回撤通道技术和预掘回撤通道技术2种方案下回撤通道围岩变形破坏情况,提出锚网索配合垛式支架的联合支护方案,通过现场试验总结了回撤通道的矿压显现规律,为进一步优化回撤通道支护参数提供了实践和理论依据。

Abstract:In order to study the rapid and safety equipment withdrawing technology of 61101 work face in Tangjiahui Coal Mine,the deformation and failure of surrounding rock of withdrawal passageway were simulated by numerical simulation with the pre-driven and the exist-driving conditions,the scheme that combined anchored cable and chock support was proposed in this paper.The laws of strata behaviors for withdrawal technology were summarized by field application,which provides a practical and theoretical basis for further optimizing the support parameters of withdrawal passageway.
