矿用测斜仪数据采集系统设计

摘    要:设计了一种基于PNI公司的磁感式传感器和MEMS加速度传感器的矿用钻孔测斜仪数据采集系统。论述了系统总体的结构,重点测斜仪对数据采集系统进行了研究,给出了利用磁感式传感器和MEMS加速度传感器融合的方法来测得地球磁场信息和重力场信息的方法,为测斜仪后续计算姿态信息和误差补偿奠定了良好的基础。设计的数据采集系统具有体积小、功耗低、可靠性高,成本低等特点,满足测斜仪数据采集系统要求。

Abstract:A mine drilling inclinometer data acquisition system was designed based on PNI’s magnetic sensor and MEMS acceleration sensor.Discussing the structure of the system and focused on the data acquisition system.Giving the method of measuring the magnetic field information and gravity field information by using the method of magnetic sensor and MEMS acceleration sensor.Instrument posture calculation of posture information and error compensation laid a good foundation.The data acquisition system designed in this paper has the characteristics of small volume,low power consumption,high reliability and low cost,and can meet the requirement of data acquisition system of inclinometer.
