冷轧钢卷表面缺陷信息化管理初探

摘    要:宝钢新日铁汽车板有限公司结合互联网、信息技术和冷轧生产实际情况,实现了冷轧钢卷表面缺陷判定标准信息化、检出和判定自动化以及数据传递的信息化管理。通过不断努力,实现了公司范围内冷轧生产钢卷在线实时检测带钢表面缺陷并加以分类处理,同时能够对缺陷的图像、种类、数量和位置等信息进行有效统计和存储,将主退火生产线和精整生产线联网组成表面缺陷检查系统,实现了表面缺陷信息在线传递,帮助质量检查人员提高了质检精度,有效防止了质量缺陷的流出。

Abstract:Combined with internet,information technology and cold rolling practice,a surface defect information management system for cold rolled strip was developed with functions of defect criterion informatization,automatic surface defect detection and determination,and defects data transformation among lines.This system was applied to the whole Baosteel/NSC Automotive Steel Sheets Co.,Ltd.,and demonstrated that the strip surface defect could be accurately detected,calculated and classified online,then its figure,category,quantity and position could be accounted,stored and transmitted among rolling line,annealing line,galvanizing line and recoiling line.This system did more help for quality test operators and avoided the steel sheet with defects flowing into the market.
