地铁区间隧道全风化花岗岩注浆预加固技术研究

摘    要:以深圳地铁11号线前海湾站—宝安站区间全风化花岗岩的注浆加固为例,详细介绍了钻孔插管超前注浆、洞内后退式超前注浆以及地面袖阀管超前注浆3种加固技术方案。从注浆材料、注浆孔的布置以及注浆加固技术施工过程详细介绍了3种注浆加固技术,总结了注浆加固技术注浆效果检查实验方法,为同类全风化花岗岩地层的注浆加固技术提供参考。

Abstract:This paper based on Grouting in Shenzhen Metro Line 11 Qianhaiwan Railway Station—Baoan Station before the interval of the full weathered granite reinforcement,detailed introduce drilling grouting in advance,the back type intubation and ground pre grouting sleeve valve pipe grouting reinforcement technology.From grouting material,grouting hole layout and grouting reinforcement technology construction process,three grouting reinforcement technologies are introduced in detail.The grouting reinforcement technology grouting effect inspection experimental method is summarized,which provides reference for grouting reinforcement technology of similar fully decomposed granite strata.
