摘    要:利用一条瓦斯综合治理巷道的“一巷多用”,实现保护层和被保护层的瓦斯联合治理,是强突煤层瓦斯治得住、治得快、治得省的有效途径。以淮南矿区潘三煤矿17181(1)瓦斯综合治理巷为研究对象,在综合考虑钻孔施工、瓦斯抽排及侧向支承压力分布特征等因素的基础上,确定了合理的巷道层位。采用高强组合锚杆支护、高强度高刚度锚索组合支护、围岩重构技术等综合技术方法对巷道进行了加固。试验结果表明,巷道整体支护状况良好,成功经受住了下伏17181(1)、上覆17111(3)工作面的双重采动影响,为下伏17191(1)工作面的瓦斯抽采创造了有利条件。

Abstract:The application of a multipurpose lane about gas comprehensive control,and the joint management of gas protection between protected layer and protected layer,is an effective way to control and control gas in strong outburst coal seam.Taking 17181(1)gas comprehensive control roadway of Pansan Coal Mine in Huainan mining area as the research object,on the basis of comprehensive consideration of drilling construction,gas drainage and the distribution characteristics of lateral abutment pressure,etc,the reasonable roadway strata horizon was determined.The roadway is reinforced with high strength composite bolt supporting,high strength and high stiffness anchor cable combined supporting,and reconstruction technology of surrounding rock.The test results showed that the overall supporting of the roadway is in good condition,the double mining influences of the underlying 17181(1)and the overlying 17111(3)mining face have been successfully withstood,and it has created favorable conditions for gas drainage underlying 17191(1)mining face.
