摘    要:针对将极薄近全岩煤层作为主采煤层的保护层开采的技术难题,为了实现近全岩工作面安全稳定回采,以平煤十二矿为研究背景,在分析近全岩煤层赋存状况与围岩物理力学特性的基础上,通过理论计算与数值模拟相结合的方法,研究了近全岩薄煤线工作面在设计采高范围内的最优层位布置高度,得出薄煤线层位高度为设计采高2 m范围内的0~0.5 m时,为近全岩工作面的最优开采方案。平煤十二矿己14近全岩工作面开采结果表明,该薄煤线层位布置方案合理,实现了近全岩工作面安全高效回采,具有重要的经济、社会效益。

Abstract:According to the high difficult technology problems of the thin seam mining which be used to the protective seam,in order to realized the safety and stability mining in thin seam working face,this paper was based on the research background of Pingdingshan No.12 Coal Mine,on the basis of analyzing the physical and mechanical properties of the rock stratum coal seam,the method of theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,studied the best height of the thin seam in the work face was 0~0.5 m.The mining results of Pingdingshan No.12 Coal Mine showed that layout realize safe and efficient mining,it has produced important economic and social benefits.
