摘    要:随着现代化煤矿主提升机变频技术的发展,针对陈四楼煤矿主提升机的情况,提出了相应的变频调速控制技术方案,主要对二极管箝位型三电平功率变换器技术进行了技术分析及升级改造,同时结合不同叠层母线布局的寄生电感技术的有限元仿真分析,将其应用于实践生产中,指出了利用三电平功率的交—直—交变频调速控制技术在现代化矿井提升机应用中的重要性。

Abstract:With the development of frequency conversion technology of main hoist in modern coal mine,this paper put forward the corresponding technical scheme of frequency conversion and speed regulation according to the situation of main hoist in Chensilou Coal Mine,mainly analyzed and upgraded the technology of diode clamped three-level power converter,and combined parasitic electricity with different layered bus layout.The finite element simulation analysis of induction technology has been applied to practical production.The importance of applying AC-DC-AC variable frequency speed control technology with three-level power to modern mine hoist has been pointed out.
