煤矿井下主排水泵控制系统研究

摘    要:为了研究煤矿井下主排水泵控制系统,将其划分为5个子系统,分别为水泵启动子程序、3种工作方式切换子程序、系统保护子程序、“避峰填谷”子程序、水泵自动轮换子程序。系统把水仓水位划分为7个水位点(6个区段),实现了对水位变化速度和水位变化的检测,并采用超声波水位传感器对水位进行检测,以及利用灰色理论对系统节能和水位进行预测,实现了“避峰填谷”;煤矿井下主排水泵控制系统的水泵控制方式采用手动、半自动、自动3种控制方式,采用PLC采集的传感器的电量或信号对系统保护功能和故障检测进行实现。该研究可为煤矿井下主排水泵整体设计提供一定技术支持。

Abstract:In order to research the coal mine main drainage pump control system,this paper studied the system that was divided into five subsystems,respectively,the pump start subroutine,three kinds of working mode switching subroutine,system protection subroutine,"peak valley" subroutine,automatic pump rotation subroutine,system water warehouse water level was divided into seven water point(six sections),realized with the change of water level and water level change detection,and used the ultrasonic water level sensor to test the water level,and the use of gray theory to forecast the system energy saving and water level,the "peak valley",the coal mine main drainage pump control system of water pump control mode adopted three control mode,manual,semi-automatic and automatic PLC acquisition sensor power or signal to realize system protection function and fault detection.The research can provide some technical support for the overall design of the main drainage pumps in coal mines.
