俯采工作面水煤处理技术的实践

摘    要:通过分析俯采工作面排水系统的现状与缺陷,研究综采工艺的更新与发展,提出一种以水煤颗粒自动分离器与双通道三级沉淀池为主的水煤处理技术。该项技术将筛分与沉淀原理有效结合,实现对污水中煤粉颗粒的分离,解决了临时沉淀池沉淀效果差与污水漫流巷道影响工程质量的问题,消除了排水系统中存在的潜在安全隐患,确保现场施工安全,避免了因污水漫流形成的附加工程量,降低了人工成本,提高了生产效率。

Abstract:By analyzing the present situation and defects of the drainage system in the downward mining face,the renewal and development of the fully mechanized mining technology were studied,and a water-coal treatment technology mainly consisting of water-coal particle automatic separator and two-channel three-stage sedimentation tank were proposed.This technology effectively combined the principle of screening and sedimentation,realized the separation of pulverized coal particles from sewage,solved the problem of poor sedimentation effect of temporary sedimentation tank and the influence of sewage overflow roadway on engineering quality,eliminated the potential safety hazards in the drainage system,ensured the safety of site construction,and avoided the formation of sewage overflow additional quantities,reduced labor costs and increased production efficiency.
