摘    要:3种主要的食源性n-3多不饱和脂肪酸包括α-亚麻酸(ALA)、二十碳五烯酸(EPA)和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)。综述了ALA、EPA和DHA降低甘油三酸酯水平和血小板凝集,改善炎症和氧化应激指标以及改善血管和心脏血液动力学的功能,从而对动脉粥样硬化等心血管疾病起到防治作用。此外,总结了联合使用ALA、EPA和DHA防治心血管疾病的作用,并进行了展望。

Abstract:Three major foodborne n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids include alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). The functions of ALA, EPA and DHA were reviewed, including reduction of triacylglycerol levels and platelet aggregation, relieving inflammation and oxidative stress index, and improvement of hemodynamics of blood vessel and heart, and prevention of atherosclerosis and other cardiovascular diseases. At last, the combined effects of ALA, EPA and DHA on cardiovascular diseases were summarized and prospected.
