中长碳链甘油三酯的研究进展

摘    要:中长碳链甘油三酯(MLCT)是一类天然油脂的改性产品,因其既可快速高效地为机体提供能量而不造成脂肪累积,又可为人体提供必需脂肪酸而成为油脂研究领域的焦点。对MLCT的理化性质、代谢特性、制备方法以及在食品、医药工业中的应用等方面进行了综述,以期为进一步研究MLCT提供有益参考。

Abstract:Medium- and long-chain triacylglycerol (MLCT) is a kind of modified product of natural oil. Because MLCT not only provides energy quickly and efficiently for the body without causing fat accumulation, but also provides essential fatty acid (EFA), it has become the research focus in the oil field. Physicochemical properties, metabolism characteristics, preparation methods and the application in food and pharmaceutical industries of MLCT were described, in order to provide useful reference for further research of MLCT.
