摘    要:针对冷轧带钢拉矫线延伸率控制精度低的问题,分析认为其主要原因是拉矫线延伸率的控制采用调节拉矫机前后张力辊速度的方法,调速响应慢、滞后严重、超调频繁。为此,在首钢某拉矫线张力辊采用了转矩控制方式,改变了控制思路,提高了延伸率控制精度。

Abstract:In view of the problem of low precision of elongation control of the stretch levelling line for cold rolled strip,the main reason was analyzed which the elongation control was adjusting the speed of the front and back tension roll.There were some shortcomings of slow response,serious lagging and frequent overcorrecting.There were some shortcomings of slow response,serious lagging and frequent overcorrecting.Therefore,the torque control model of tension roll was adopted in a stretch levelling line of Shougang.and the elognation control precision was impoved.
