红阳二矿水力冲孔增透技术研究及应用

摘    要:针对红阳二矿12煤层透气性低、底抽巷穿层钻孔瓦斯抽采效率偏低难以满足预抽要求的情况,基于水力冲孔卸压增透机理,提出采用水力冲孔和普通钻孔预抽相结合的钻孔布置方式进行高效抽采。研究结果表明:水力冲孔在低透突出煤层区域瓦斯抽采消突措施中应用效果显著,采取水力冲孔措施的34 d内,钻孔的平均瓦斯抽采浓度是普通钻孔的2.5倍,平均瓦斯抽采纯量是普通钻孔的4.4倍。

Abstract:The permeability of No.12 coal mine in Hongyang No.2 Coal Mine is low and it′s difficult to meet the requirement of pre-pumping by low efficiency of gas extraction.Based on hydraulic punching and unloading,the extraction method was combined with hydraulic punching and ordinary drilling.The experimental results showed that:it is good to use hydraulic punching technology in low permeability outburst coal seam for gas extraction and eliminating outburst risk.In 34 days of hydraulic punch,the average gas extraction concentration of borehole is 2.5 times that of normal drilling,and the average gas flow is 4.4 times that of ordinary borehole.
