强烈动压下全断面强力锚索支护技术及应用

摘    要:针对大阳泉矿15号煤层强烈动压巷道托顶煤支护技术难题,采用现场调研、理论分析、现场试验与测试、支护材料优化更新、现场跟踪与矿压监测等方法,对大阳泉矿15号煤层厚煤层托顶煤动压巷道支护技术进行系统研究,提出采用全断面强力锚索支护技术,并进行了井下工业性试验。实践表明,采用全断面强力锚索支护技术有效解决了厚煤层托顶煤动压巷道支护难题,巷道围岩得到有效控制,取得了较好的支护效果。

Abstract:Aiming at the technical problems of top coal support in the strong dynamic pressure roadway of No.15 coal seam in Dayangquan Mine,using on-site investigation,theoretical analysis,field test and test,support material optimization and update,on-site tracking and mine pressure monitoring,etc.,on Dayangquan Mine system research on the supporting technology of top coal dynamic pressure roadway in thick coal seam of No.15 coal seam was carried out,and the full-section strong anchor cable support technology was proposed,and the underground industrial test was carried out.The practice shows that the full-section strong anchor cable support technology effectively solves the problem of supporting the dynamic coal roadway in thick coal seam top coal,and the surrounding rock of the roadway is effectively controlled,and a good support effect is obtained.
