摘    要:通过采用低C、高Mn、Nb和Ti复合添加的化学成分设计以及TMCP工艺,山东钢铁集团日照有限公司成功生产了40~60mm厚Q420qE钢板,钢板焊接性能和力学性能均可满足桥梁工程要求。

Abstract:The Q420qE heavy plate with the thickness of 40- 60 mm was developed by the chemical composition of low carbon,high Mn,Nb- Ti- contained,and the technology of TMCP in the SD Steel Rizhao Co.,Ltd..The welding performance and mechanical properties of plate met well the needs of bridge engineering.
