| 摘 要： | 为应对煤炭行业面临的严峻经济形势，在分析中国平煤神马集团矿井存在主要困难和问题的基础上，通过优化矿井布局、优化生产系统、优化工程设计、优化劳动组织和提升矿井机械化、自动化、信息化、智能化水平（简称“四优化一提升”）实践，推进煤矿科技减人工作，提高煤矿安全高效开采水平，实现煤炭企业减亏增盈和安全发展的目的。

| Abstract: | To face the challenge of severe economic situation for China′s coal industry and after analyzing the main difficulties and problems existed in its coal mines，China Pingmei Shenma Group implemented "four optimizations"（optimizing mine overall layout，production system，engineering design labour organization） and "one promotion"（promoting level of mine mechanization，automation，informatization and intelligence）in order to downsizing its payrolls and enhancing safe and efficient production level，and finally the purpose of making up deficits and safe development have achieved. |
