摘    要:设计了一种新型碎边剪,分析了刀盘在刀轴上的几种安装方式及安装方式对刀片侧间隙调整的影响。根据设计结构,推导出了侧间隙调整数学模型,为剪刃侧间隙调整机构自动化奠定了基础。对新机型与旧机型进行了对比分析,便于剪切设备的选型。

Abstract:A new type of scrap cutter was designed.The installation type of the cutter head on the cutter shaft was analyzed,and its effect on the side gap adjusting mechanism was analyzed too.The mathematical model of the side gap adjustment was given.A theoretical basis for automatical side gap adjusting mechanism was provided.A detailed comparison and analysis between the new type and the old one were carried out.It made the decision of the type of the cutting machine much easlier.
