基于ANSYS的锚杆托盘有限元分析

摘    要:针对锚杆屈服强度升级,采用ANSYS软件对配套的锚杆托盘进行结构静力有限元分析,合理选取锚杆托盘材料。在锚杆受力屈服时,锚杆托盘仍处在弹性状态;锚杆拉断时,锚杆托盘孔口处应力集中区内的极小范围区域,应力超过屈服强度但未达到极限强度,即允许锚杆托盘有一定的极其有限的塑性变形。有限元分析结果与现场实验验证情况相符,对锚杆托盘的材料选取、强度分析提供了有价值的参考和依据。

Abstract:To upgrade the yield strength of bolts,the static finite element analysis of bolt plate based on ANSYS was made,and the material of bolt plate was selected reasonably.When the stress of bolt reaches the yield strength,bolt plate was still in elastic state;when the stress of bolt reaches the ultimate strength,the stress in the partial stress concentration region of orifice exceeds the yield strength but not to the ultimate strength.It allowed the bolt plate to have certain limited plastic deformation.The results of finite element analysis were consistent with the actual situation,which provided valuable reference and basis for the material selection and strength analysis of bolt plates.
