焦油常减压不加碱精馏工艺改进应用研究

摘    要:针对河南开炭新材料有限公司焦油常减压精馏主塔尾气设备、管线腐蚀问题,研究了常减压不加碱精馏机理,找到了造成装置腐蚀的原因。通过新增超级离心机,利用现有储槽静置沉降与超级离心耦合完成了焦油精制预处理改造,在改造的基础上,对整个焦油加工工艺的操作指标进行了优化,加强了工艺管理,腐蚀问题得到了根本解决,保证了系统的长周期运行,经济和环保效益明显。

Abstract:In allusion to resolve corrosion problems of the main tar vacuum distillation tower′s exhaust equipment and pipelines in Henan Kaitan New Material Co.,Ltd.,the atmospheric distillation without alkali distillation mechanism was studied,and then the cause of the devices′s corrosion were found.By adding a super centrifuge,the technology of organic combinations of existing storage tanks and super-centrifuge were used.The pretreatment transformation of tar refining was completed.On the basis of the transformation,the operating parameters of the whole tar processing technology were optimized and the process management wad strengthened.Overall,corrosion problems had been fundamentally resolved,and then the system′s long-term operation had been ensured.Economic and environmental benefits were obvious.
