大断面硐室围岩变形机理及合理支护技术研究

摘    要:针对陈四楼煤矿复杂条件下大断面硐室围岩变形难以有效控制情况,采用现场调查、理论分析、数值模拟等方法进行了研究,推导出围岩变形的计算公式,分析了硐室围岩变形的影响因素,以及采用正交试验法并结合数值模拟软件FLAC得出最佳支护参数,提出了大断面硐室围岩控制技术。现场实践表明,硐室围岩变形量在控制范围之内,硐室支护稳定。

Abstract:In view of the difficult control of the deformation of large section chamber surrounding rock under complex conditions,the field investigation,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation were used to study the deformation of surrounding rock.The calculation formula of the deformation of surrounding rock was derived,the factors affecting the deformation of the surrounding rock of the chamber were analyzed,and the orthogonal test method was used and the optimum support parameters were obtained by combining the numerical simulation software FLAC,and the large section control technology of chamber surrounding rock was put forward.Field practice showed that the deformation of chamber surrounding rock was within the control range,and chamber support was stable.
