冷轧宽幅平整机延伸率控制系统的研究及优化

摘    要:针对某厂冷轧宽幅平整机生产IF钢时平整延伸率控制精度不高的问题,重点研究了平整机的平整延伸率控制系统,详细阐述了轧制力和带钢张力对平整延伸率的调节方法与分配制度;同时,研究了带钢张力对平整延伸率控制精度的影响规律,提出了带钢张力优化原则。针对平整机低速及升降速时平整延伸率波动大的问题,提出了增加速度前馈控制系统的解决方案;针对生产IF钢平整延伸率控制系统达到系统最小轧制力问题,提出了降低系统最小轧制力及标定零轧制力时调整工作辊弯辊力和中间辊弯辊力的解决措施。现场试验结果表明,采取上述措施后,平整延伸率控制精度明显提高。

Abstract:For a wide skin pass mill at a factory production of IF steel with low precision problems of elongation,the elongation control system was studied.The rolling force and strip tension control method to adjust the elongation and its distribution system were described in detailed.At the same time, the effect of strip tension on the elongation control accuracy was studied,a scheme of optimization of the strip tension was brought forward.To the large fluctuation of elongation at the low speed and speed up and down of temper,adding the speed feedforward control system was put forward.To reaching minimum rolling force of elongation control system when the production of IF steel,the measures to decrease the minimum rolling force of system and reduce bending force of work and medium rolls when calibration rolling force were applied.Through the test,elongation control accuracy was greatly improved.
