摘    要:试验发现冷轧纯铝、纯铜和低碳钢极薄带时,当轧件厚度减薄到特定的阈值以下,发生了抗拉强度随轧件厚度减薄而降低的尺寸效应。介绍了极薄带轧制时发生尺寸效应的现象,简要分析了尺寸效应产生的原因,给出了典型金属材料出现尺寸效应的阈值,并对轧制极薄带时发生尺寸效应所带来的有益效果—超延展现象进行了介绍。

Abstract:It was found in the experiment for rolling of pure aluminum,pure copper and low carbon steel foil,that ultimate strength of foil decreased with its thickness when thickness of rolled foil reduced to below a certain threshold value.Size effects of rolled foil were described in this paper,and the mechanism of size effect in foil rolling was discussed.As a result of size effect in foil rolling,extreme extensibility was introduced.
