基于FLAC3D的深部巷道支护围岩稳定性研究

摘    要:为了验证某煤矿巷道支护设计是否满足矿井支护要求,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,研究了巷道周围煤岩体应力分布、巷道周围煤岩体塑性区分布、巷道周围围岩体变形规律以及巷道支护中锚杆、锚索轴向力分布。研究得出:巷道顶底板围岩变形为31 mm,巷道两帮变形量为22 mm,巷道右侧锚杆受力明显大于巷道左侧锚杆受力,巷道围岩出现失稳破坏。因此,在进行最终巷道设计时,应增加锚杆、锚索的抗拉强度及减少锚杆、锚索的间排距,从而达到巷道围岩的稳定性,保证矿井安全生产。

Abstract:In order to verify whether a coal mine roadway support design meets mine support requirements,FLAC3D numerical simulation software was used to study the stress distribution of coal and rock mass around the roadway,the plastic zone distribution of coal and rock mass around the roadway,the deformation law of surrounding rock mass.The results show that the deformation of the surrounding rock is 31 mm,the deformation of the two strata is 22 mm,and the bolt on the right side of the roadway is obviously larger than that of the left side of the roadway.In the final roadway design,the tensile strength of the bolt and anchor cable should be increased and the spacing between the bolt and the anchor cable should be reduced,so as to achieve the stability of the roadway surrounding rock and ensure the stability of the mine safe production.
