基于PLC的煤矿空压机远程监测方案设计研究

摘    要:为了确保矿用空压机能够实时、准确地实现故障保护、异常报警等功能,针对煤矿空压机运行参数,对煤矿空压机远程监测系统方案设计进行了研究。采用PLC硬件平台,对整体设计结构、空压机远程监测系统以及监测系统硬件部分进行了研究,该研究可为煤矿空压机远程监测系统的研制提供技术支持。

Abstract:In order to ensure the real-time and accurate realization of fault protection,abnormal alarm and other functions of mine air compressor,the design of remote monitoring system for coal mine air compressor was studied.Using PLC hardware platform,the overall design structure,air compressor remote monitoring system and monitoring system hardware were studied.The research can provide technical support for the development of coal mine air compressor remote monitoring system.
