超远距离大断面单巷掘进通风方式的应用研究

摘    要:针对隆德煤矿超远距离、大断面、单巷掘进工作面所需风量大与供风难的矛盾现状,经过调查研究,最终选择了2种通风方案:第一采用中间接力通风方式;第二采用大功率风机、大半径长距离风筒,并付诸实施。通过实际应用,对研究选择的2种局部通风方法进行了技术、安全、效益的比较,为以后高产高效、长距离单巷掘进工作面通风积累了经验。

Abstract:Aiming at the contradictory situation between the air demand and supply in the long-distance and large-section single roadway excavation of Longde Coal Mine,finally,two ventilation schemes were selected,the first adopted the middle relay ventilation mode,the second adopted large power fan and long distance wind tunnel with large radius,and put it into practice.Through the actual application of the field,the technical,safety and benefit comparison of the two selected local ventilation methods were carried out,which has accumulated experience of ventilation for the high efficient mining face.
