| 摘 要： | 针对现有无极绳绞车保护系统不够完善，缺少越位、超速、张紧力下降等保护，一旦出现上述故障不能及时停车，将带来很大的安全隐患的问题。基于PLC控制技术及现有材料配件设计了一种新的无极绳绞车保护控制系统，使无极绳绞车的使用运行符合《煤矿安全规程》要求，并在现场得到了很好的应用，节约了投入成本，具有推广使用价值。

| Abstract: | In view of the imperfection of the existing protection system of the endless rope winch，the lack of offside，overspeed，tension drop and other protection，once the above-mentioned failures can not stop in time，and it will bring great security problems.Based on PLC control technology and existing materials and accessories，a new protection and control system of the endless rope winch was designed，which made the operation of the endless rope winch meet the requirements of "Coal Mine Safety Regulations".It has been well applied in the field，to save the investment cost and to be worth popularizing. |
