基于行为安全“2-4”模型的煤矿行为管理研究

摘    要:煤矿中人的不安全行为是引发事故的主要原因。为加强员工行为管理,提高其安全意识减少危险行为,综合行为安全理论与安全管理学方法,阐明了行为安全管理的概念与作用机理。简要介绍了煤矿安全生产中忽视对人员行为管理的现象,深入诠释了行为安全“2-4”模型的功能、特点与事故预防中的重要意义,突出模型的有效性与实用性。运用该模型对斜沟煤矿安全生产事故进行分析,详细剖析事故原因,提出针对性预防措施。结果表明,行为安全“2-4”模型对煤矿行为安全管理具有指导性作用,通过控制人的不安全行为来预防事故发生,进一步提升了煤矿的安全生产水平。

Abstract:The unsafe behavior of people in the coal mine is the main cause of the accident.The concept and mechanism of behavioral safety management were clarified,based on the theory of behavioral safety and the method of safety management,to strengthen employee behavior management,improve their safety awareness and reduce risk behavior.The phenomenon of ignoring behavior management in coal mine safety production was briefly introduced.The function,characteristics and significance of the accident prevention about behavioral safety "2-4" model were explained,highlighting the effectiveness and practicality of the model.This model was used to analyze the accident of production safety in coal mine,explain the cause of the accident and put forward the preventive measures.The result shows that the "2-4" model of behavior safety has a guiding role in the safety management of coal mine,and the safe level of the coal mine is further improved by controlling the people′s unsafe behavior.
