矿井深部软岩巷道锚注一体化支护应用研究

摘    要:针对平煤一矿-950 m水平下延回风上山埋深大、应力高、围岩强度低、支护难度大等特点,基于锚注一体化支护技术进行锚注参数设计,提出了以直径25 mm全螺纹高强中空注浆锚杆和直径29 mm螺纹肋中空注浆锚索为核心的全断面锚注一体化支护方案。工程实践表明,锚注参数设计合理,锚注加固强化了巷道整体性,改善了巷道围岩的承载性能,有效控制了巷道变形,支护效果得到显著提升,巷道稳定性明显提高,且支护成本降低,工艺简单。

Abstract:A air return rise located in the -950 m level of No.1 Mine Pingdingshan Coal Mining Group,which was aimed at the characteristics of large buried depth,high stress low intensity of surrounding rock and difficultly support,etc.,the article had carried out designing on the bolting-grouting parameters based on bolting-grouting integration support technology,raising the whole section bolting-grouting integration support scheme,which regarded φ25 mm thread high-strength bolt grouting hollow and φ29 mm thread ribbed hollow grouting anchor cable as the core.Engineering practice application shows that bolting-grouting parameter design was reasonable,and bolting-grouting reinforcement strengthened the integrity of roadway,enhanced the bearing capacity of surrounding rock of roadway,effectively controlled the deformation of roadway,the supporting effect significantly improved,obviously improved the stability of roadway,moreover,supporting cost reduction,process simple.
