摘    要:采用MSC.Marc/Autoforge3.1软件中的三维大变形热力耦合弹塑性有限元分析模块,对方形合金钢轧件在箱形孔中热变形的特点和温度分布规律进行了有限元模拟研究,得出的结果与实际测定一致。

Abstract:The hot deformation characteristics and temperature distribution of an alloy steel square billet hot\|rolling in box pass have been studied by finite element simulation with three dimensional thermo\|mechanical coupled elastoplastic finite\|element\|method (FEM) of MSC.Marc/Autoforge 3.1, and the obtained results conformed with the measured data.
