庚醛催化加氢制庚醇新型催化剂的性能研究

摘    要:研制了一种新的庚醛催化加氢催化剂,并用于进行庚醛催化加氢合成庚醇试验,以活性炭为载体时,最佳反应条件为:反应温度为250℃,压力2.0MPa,空速0.5h-1,H2与C7H14O的体积比为1000。通过100mL单管放大试验及500h的稳定运转,庚醛转化率达90%以上,庚醇的选择性达到91%。

Abstract:A New catalyst for catalytic hydrogenation of heptaldehyde were researched and produced, and the catalytic hydrogenation for synthesis of heptanol from heptaldehyde, using this catalyst on carrier of active carbon, was tested.100 mL single-tube amplification test for 500 h was stable operation, the heptaldehyde conversion rate is over 90%, the selectivity of heptanol is up to 91%.
