| 摘 要： | 按照上级指示精神,安庆铜矿于1987年开始旨在搞矿山、进行综合性配套改革的新模式办矿试点工作.本文对新模式办矿概念、基本思路及具体实施过程中着重解决的主要问题进行了分析和论述.事实证明,新模式办矿是发展生产,甩掉包袱,获得高效率、高效益的良好途径,是适应市场经济的创新举措.

| Abstract: | According to the instructions qiven by the higher authorties, the work of experimental unit about new running mine model was begun in Auqing copper mine in 1987,which aims at Vitalizing the mine and performing the comperhensive complement re-form. The author analyzes and discusses the conception and essential thought of new run-ning mine model as Well as the main problems that should be solved emphatically in the process of concrete implement. The fact proved that the new running mine model is a good Way to develop the production, cast off a burden and obtain a high efficiency and benefit, and is a creative measure suitable for market economy. |
