木质素磺酸钠改性丙烯酸酯乳液的制备及其性能研究

摘    要:采用种子乳液法,以表面活性剂木质素磺酸钠(SLS)、聚乙二醇600取代传统的乳化剂OP-10和十二烷基硫酸钠,以过硫酸钾/亚硫酸氢钠为氧化还原引发体系,进行木质素磺酸钠改性丙烯酸酯乳液的聚合研究。红外光谱测试表明,SLS与丙烯酸酯类单体以接枝共聚形式聚合,采用此法可得到聚合稳定性和储存稳定性都良好的丙烯酸酯乳液,并且当引发剂用量为5%、SLS用量为20%时,合成乳液的耐水性优于纯丙乳液。

Abstract:The title SLS modifies polymerization of acrylate emulsion is studied with seed emulsion method by using surface active agent SLS and PEG600 instead of traditional emulsifier of OP-10/SDS and K2S2O8/NaHSO3 as redox initiation system.FTIR shows that SLS and acrylic monomers form polymer via graft copolymerization.The acrylate emulsion obtained by this method has good stability during the emulsion polymerization and storage.Water resistance of emulsion based on SLS is much better than that of pure acrylate la...
