镀锌植酸钝化膜耐蚀性的研究

摘    要:对镀锌件植酸钝化膜进行了研究.通过点滴实验、中性盐雾试验、盐水浸泡以及电化学测量方法研究了植酸钝化膜的耐蚀性能.采用X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)和体式显微镜初步研究了植酸钝化膜的结构,推测钝化膜主要由植酸锌和聚硅酸构成,且钝化膜十分致密,可有效阻止腐蚀介质的渗透,降低了镀锌层腐蚀电流,其耐蚀性已经接近低铬钝化.

Abstract:A chromium-free phytic acid passivating coatings for galvanized parts is studied. The corrosion resistance of the passivation coating is tested with dropping,neutral salt spray,salt solution soaking and electrochemical methods,X-ray fluorescent spectrometry(XRF) and stereomicrography are used to explore the structure of phytic acid passivating film.It is found that the film mainly consists of zinc phytate and polysilicic acid.The film is so compact that it can inhibit the infiltration of corrosive medium effectively,thus reducing the corrosive current to zinc coating.Its corrosion resistance already approaches to low-chromate passivation
