| 摘 要： | 介绍了地下空间开发需求规模预测的作用和研究现状,分析了影响城市地下空间开发规模的因素,并对规模预测的思路和预测所包含的内容进行了探讨。指出了地下空间开发规模预测是一个系统工程,需要各有关方面共同推动研究工作的进程,为今后合理有序地进行地下空间开发提供重要依据。

| Abstract: | The action of demand forecast for underground space developing and the state-of-the-art of its study are introduced.The factors effecting developing scale of underground space are analyzed and idea and content about its scale-forecast are probed.The paper indicates that demand forecast for underground space developing is a systematic project,which needs concerned-departments to study it together.The paper provides a useful reference for future sequential development of underground space. |
